Warning Date: 9:18 PM CST on February 20, 2012

Warning Message:The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a 
* Flood Warning for 
  the Luce Bayou near Huffman.
* Until Friday morning...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 0815 PM Monday the stage was 22.1 feet. 
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet. 
* Forecast...the river will continue rising to near 23.1 feet by Wednesday early
  afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage Thursday evening.
